Bio: The celebration of life carried by her Afro-Amazonian origins inspired her artist name "Wakanda" ETNi, which means "the invisible omnipresence of the forces of life" for the Dakota.

Originally from Guyana, Wakanda ETNi is a multidisciplinary artist. Charged with lightening the world and elevating the human spirit, through music, a celestial force, a free electron, subtle and volatile. It is with fervor that she embodies, on turntables and electronic percussion, the values of communion and sharing.

Self-taught and passionate, she defines herself as a "musical cook", who delights immeasurably in her creative process.

Drawing on her African, Native American, Creole and Latin roots, she enjoys faithfully fusing traditional sounds and electronic music.
